How much of my time does this take?

What actually happens on the 45-minute call?

Do I need to be technical to do this?

Hi, we're Laurie and Scott. Not long ago we looked honestly at our lives and made a deliberate decision to put our health and our sense of self back at the center of them, to stop letting work expand to fill every available hour and start being intentional about what we were actually giving our time to.

Purpose Co grew out of that decision. We wanted work that aligned with how we want to live, and we found that AI used thoughtfully is the tool that makes it possible, both for us and for the small business owners we kept meeting who were living the same pattern, people who cared deeply about what they'd built, slowly being consumed by the grind of running it.
